Loss Foods: Creating Fast Fat Loss With the Optimal DietThe question of
best weight loss foods has been made much too "scientific".

are constantly bombarded by news and other media revealing the latest

it's your goal to experience fast fat loss than you will have
far greater success if you keep it simple.

fit, healthy people. Just find out what they eat and copy

100" author John Robbins discusses the differences in diets that are
influenced by "western culture" and those that are not. A
western diet consists primarily of
processed food and when food is processed it loses its nutritional
value
and the calorie density tends to increase do to additives and
preservatives like sugar.
In
contrast, societies that have not conformed to western influence and
retained a mostly plant-based, unprocessed, healthy diet have almost no

of
obesity.
