Are
you considering walking to lose weight?
Walking is
perhaps the most popular form of exercise among those trying to lose
weight and it is no wonder why...It's Easy!
It
doesn't take a whole lot of effort to take a walk around the block,
which unfortunately is all most people really do. In an
attempt to lose weight the vast majority of couch potatoes throw on a
jogging suite and comfortable shoes and take a walk around the block
once or twice a week.

see results you should commit yourself to walking every day further
than just around the block. In fact, it seems that the best
results are obtained when individuals walk at
a steady pace for at least an
hour every day. Walking for extended periods of
time places your body in a calorie burning state and will help you lose
weight.
