I've never been one to care much what people might thing. It's NOT
about to change.
There is a TRUTH that many people
have never heard. The truth is that you can lose avalanches
of weight without breaking a sweat.
In fact, one
thing, above anything else, trumps exercise and everything else when it
comes to producing super fat weight loss.
And
if you STOP focusing on all the smoke n' mirrors garbage out there and
place your attention squarely on this one potent, pound-shredding
item... then you are virtually guaranteed results that'll get your
heart racing.
The one thing is DIET.
Not
as in "starving yourself" or "skipping meals".
Diet
as in what you eat on a regular, day in and day out basis.
Unfortunately,
the word diet has gotten a bad wrap.
Which is why
most get a uneasy feeling in their stomach when they hear it
mentioned. What people do not realize is that with a few
modifications to their existing diet, they can eat all the food they
want (including snack items) and still experience super fast weight
loss.
And
they can do it without having to sweat their brains out.
A
diet that can get you losing weight quickly is nothing more than making
wise food choices.
And eating wisely can be as
simple as learning how to arrange your carbohydrate intake throughout
the day.
An example would be NOT eating pasta in
the P.M. hours.
Sounds easy, I know. And
it is easy. But it's also incredibly powerful.
People
have been trained that carbs are bad. It's completely
false. Carbs at the WRONG TIMES are bad.
If
you did something so simple as to just split your diet up so that you
consumed no "starchy" carbs (like pasta) in the P.M hours... you would
get some very quick results.
Another simple
modification to your existing diet would be to chop it up in several
spread out meals.
Most people are still locked-in to
the old three square a day trap.
These meals tend to
be rather large.
If you simply took these three
meals and cut them each in half... you'd have six smaller
meals. Take those six smaller meals and spread them about 2-3
hours apart and you would be taking advantage of an "age old" fat
shredding tactic I call "grazing".
Grazing is proven
to speed up your metabolism and force your body to rely more heavily on
existing fat stores. This means you'll burn more fat.
There
are many other little diet secrets you can apply. Just
simple, easy things that pack a whole lot of punch.
But
the sole purpose of this article is to narrow your focus.
The
biggest problem people have when trying to lose weight is not
understanding where to begin.
And for anyone who's
had a hard time "putting the pieces together" in the past... it can be
very refreshing to know that you can lose a lot of weight simple by
focusing on diet.
You don't need to sweat your
brains out. And you certainly don't need to learn to exercise
like a professional trainer.
Your diet TRUMPS
exercise when it comes to producing super fast weight loss.
Simply
making a few adjustments to your diet... can shave pounds and inches of
fat off very, very quickly.
