The key is to be controlled. Here's what I
mean...
You want to keep your belly "sucked-in"
flat. This trains your muscles to be like a board rather than
a curve.
3. Fitness ball sit-ups.
Darn. I ran out
of film!
Anyway... you get the idea.
Just
find a fitness ball like one above. Place your lower back on
the ball and
then do "sit-ups".
This should give you an awesome
burn!
This
is a great flat belly exercise for gaining flexibility. It really pulls
your ab
muscles. This is why it works so good.
