Look.

Most experts agree that you must speed up metabolism to burn fat...

But the real question is... HOW.

Go about it the wrong way and you will turn your metabolic function into your worst enemy.  As a result you will...

- Store way more fat.

- Lack energy.

- And pretty much struggle to lose even a few pounds.

Plus.  The weight will never stay off.

So what is the right way to increase metabolism?

Most diets, pills and other methods of weight loss do not address all keys (nutrition, hydration, exercise) and therefore do not work in the long run.

They will actually slow your metabolic function.

I can starve myself or cut carbs and lose weight right away... but in the long run I will destroy my metabolic function and will end up getting way heavier.
