What if a recommended
daily calorie intake did not exist?
What if you
never once had to worry about it and you would still lose weight?
Lots of it!
In this article I'm going to
reveal a startling fact.
And if you pay close
attention, you will never have to count calories again. Ever!
But before
we get started, I would like to say that this is strictly my opinion
based off of what I have seen.
I am an
eye witness of the fact that you can lose lots of weight without ever
counting calorie intake. But, ultimately... the
choice is yours. So take it for what its worth.
Let's
begin.
The idea of a daily calorie intake... as
in... this is the right amount you should eat... is absolute lunacy.
After
all... what did humans do prior to the discovery of the calorie?
I
can tell you, many studies indicate that they were much leaner people.
And
now what do we have, diets and more diets.
The
traditional diet is based on counting calories. It has, at
its root, the absurd idea that there is a right daily calorie intake
that you must adhere to if you hope to have success.
And
what are the effects?
Over 90% of diets fail to
produce any significant results. And virtually all fail to
provide lasting results.
I assure you, the idea of a
recommended daily calorie intake has done more harm than good.
Caused people to go out of their minds trying to keep tabs on
everything they eat.
And even worse yet, the diet
industry has ran with the concept. The calorie is the base of
the industry. Without it... just imagine, practically every
diet would fall apart.
After all... if you can't
keep people slaves to counting calories they eat, then you can't
keep them buying your products.
If you seriously
want to lose weight. Then the most important thing is calorie
type!
In other words...
The
difference between refined food and natural food is dramatic.
A
100 calories of refined stands a much bigger chance of making you fat
than 100 calorie of natural.
Once again, it's all
about type.
Hark unto me. Listen.
Type. Type. Type.
That
holds the key to amazing weight loss.
When you grasp
this, you can trash the concept of recommended daily calorie intake and
all the counting.
