The
existence of negative calories is a topic of controversy.
Unlike the name implies, negative calorie foods do
contain calories.
The concept arises from the existence of foods that
take more calories to digest than they contain.
A wide range of fruits and vegetables are thought
to possess this
characteristic. They include, but are not limited to:
Vegetables
tomato, cabbage, lettuce, fennel, spinach, gourd, broccoli, peppers,
cucumber, turnip, leeks, celery, radish, carrots, cauliflower
Fruits

strawberry, raspberry, tangerine, lemon, watermelon
Many people have tried to debunk the idea of such
calories, claiming
that there is no scientific evidence that supports
there existence. However, it is undeniable that there are certain
foods that tend to have a very positive affect on weight
loss.
Negative calorie foods tend to be very healthy,
providing a wide
variety of nutrients. There is no doubt that eating
such foods allows your body to operate efficiently, making weight loss
