Howdy,
I hope you found that video useful.
Here's the bottom line, far too many people still thing that
"natural weight loss" means healthy. But that's just not true.
As you saw in the video, my definition of "natural" is something completely different.
To me "natural" means that it is 100% safe... period!
The
key to achieving this is having your diet be 100% natural. So
what is that? A diet like this is one that does not contain a
bunch of the typical store purchased food that is loaded with
preservatives and additives of all kinds.
In my experience, most people walk around eating this unnatural food all the while believing they are
eating "healthy".
Look.
If you've been stuck in this process for a long time, it's
probably not something that you're going to be able to change
overnight. In fact, I don't recommend it.
A far better solution is to focus on changing one food group at a time.
So where do you start?
In my experience the best possible place to start is in the are of carbohydrates.
Here's what I mean...
Take
a look at all the "refined" carbs you are eating. Things like
fast food buns and bread found on sandwiches. Things like pasta
and pizza crust. I'm telling you, even most of the items that
have labels reading "100%" whole grain are just flat-out fat producing
garbage. (See this article called
lose weight fast and easy.)
What I would do is switch out all those junk carbs for better option like brown rice and oatmeal.
That's just an example... but following it will make a massive difference.
Once you've conquered that area of you diet, shift to protein. And then to vegetables... and so on.
That's what I call my "natural approach" to weight loss.
Does this make sense?
It's actually super simple to implement and will produce some amazing results not only in your weight, but your health too!
