I must warn you that it sounds TOO simple.  But regardless of what you've heard, it is the #1 thing you can do right now to lose the nasty fat around your waist.

The fact of the matter is that the only way to lose your muffin top  and other problem fat areas fast is by addressing the food you eat and the way that you eat it.

The ONLY reason you have all the fat is because you have eaten the WRONG foods at the WRONG times.  It really is just that simple.  And the fat won't budge until you begin to eat the CORRECT foods at the CORRECT times.

1.  Eliminate the refined sugar from your diet.  An example of refined sugar is the white sugar you put in your coffee or on your cereal.

You MUST eliminate the soda, candy, bread and any other food that contains refined sugar.  If you cannot do this... you will need all the LUCK you can get!  

Eliminating the refined sugar is by far the most important secret for losing the belly fat.

2. STOP eating "starchy" carbs in the P.M hours.

Examples include bread, pasta, fruit and potatoes.  Consuming these foods in the P.M. hours WILL cause them to be stored as FAT when you sleep.

Fruits?   So we can't eat ANY fruit? not even apples? Because I read on some web page saying that we can't eat any other fruit except apples, what should I do?
