I can tell you from years
and years of behind the scenes, firsthand experience, that it's not.
That
the true best friend of a model is a models dieting tips.
Obviously...
Not
every women is going to stand 5'10" and weigh 135 pounds... but, and
this is a big but... getting a smoking hot "model" type body can be
achieved by virtually anyone.
Something that most
"experts" would never tell you.
Why?
Because
cultural programming has not only brainwashed you... it's even
brainwashed the experts.
The programming says that
you are fat or thin based on genetics.
But I say
WRONG!
This is my opinion of course. But I
believe the vast majority of the evidence actually supports me.
And while I can't prove it... I will show you why you'd be
far further ahead to believe me.
And why you should
begin at once to adopt a models dieting tips and exercise patterns if
you want to look like a model.
Case in point...
Take
two identical women and feed one organic lean meats, vegetables and
fruits and the other refined carbs, fast food and dairy products.
What
do you suppose will be the result?
Stunning!
Maybe
not at first, but after six months to a year the difference between
physical appearances would be extreme and evident. I'm
talking body shape and excess fat here.
Now.
Add a rock solid exercise routine to the one who eats organic
lean meats, vegetables and fruits... and a t.v. set and sofa to the one
who eats refined carbs, fast food and dairy products... and the
difference gets even more extreme.
Have you ever
seen the before and after pictures of a women who's lost 50 to 100
pounds or even more?
You actually think you're
staring at two different people! This is the difference that
would occur.
The key here is consistency.
I'm
not talking about a week here.
I'm talking over
time. An extreme difference in you would occur at least 6
months to a year of consistent patterns.
Write
this down... YOU BECOME THE HABITS YOU KEEP!
So what
you see in the mirror currently is just a result of years of poor
habits.
The brutal truth is, your habits have
probably more closely resembled those of the latter person (refined
carbs, fast food, dairy products and a sofa and t.v. when you get home
from work).
- You probably never consistently
condition your body through muscle development exercise (I can tell you
that virtually all models do).
- You
probably don't consistently eat lean proteins and vegetables
(I can tell you that virtually all models do).
That's
why you don't look like those models do. At least not yet.
But
begin to follow a models dieting tips and exercise habits consistently
(Daily for months on end) and you'll soon see that genetics are simply
an excuse that most lazy people use.
Just food for
thought.

them, use them and watch the transformation.
