You've

when you begin to let human nature take over and allow your curiosity
get the better of you. STOP RIGHT THERE! OK,
most people would begin to let this well intending "low-carb convert"
persuade them into dabbling in their low carb experiment. They
would be persuaded when this individual says things like: "If
what you're doing now is working just imagine what would happen if you
began to "limit" the carbs from your diet." (And, inevitably
many curios, uniformed people would agree, and begin to limit their
carb intake.) Listen, this approach will
not work ...ever. HERE'S WHY THAT APPROACH
WON'T WORK...
Your body absolutely needs
carbohydrates to function! And when
there is a shortage of carbs (like when you go on a "low carb" diet),
amazingly enough your body will begin to manufacture it's own in order
to supply vital organs. Now, when your
body has to create it's own carbs it has to use up energy to do it and
this causes your body to shed a few pounds. (Which Is why
those who go on low carb diets get so excited at first.) But
it's all a set-up. As the low carb diet
continues through the first few days your metabolism begins to operate
inefficiently because there is a shortage of the carbohydrates that
your body needs and your body begins to say... "I'M
NOT GETTING THE CARBS I NEED TO FUNCTION SO THERE MUST BE A FAMINE...
FROM THIS POINT ON WHENEVER A CARB COMES MY WAY I'M GOING TO STORE IT." And
that storage is called FAT! And because
you absolutely can't remain on low carb diets for extended periods of
time without doing untold damage to your body... (Things like high
blood pressure, dull looking skin, excess wrinkles, kidney problems and
dreadfully low energy.) You will have to begin eating carbs again and
when you do, your body is waiting to store them in abundance. This

carb diets become fatter than they were to begin with. One
of the keys to losing weight fast is NOT eliminating carbs... it's
consuming carbs at the CORRECT times.
