Low
Fat, No Fat And Other Dieting B.S. Destroying Your Health
Hey
Guys,
Jason here.
Have you ever
hear this... "you should avoid fatty foods"? Or how
about this one... "low fat, no fat foods are better for weight loss"?
Here's
the even more important questions - DO YOU BELIEVE IT?
Listen.
Come closer. This is nothing but a bunch of dieting
b.s.. It's just plain wrong!
I'm going to
make a very profound statement here. A statement that I'm
sure will draw me a bunch of criticism from the "dieting community" and
there host of over-educated, under brain-powered "experts".
Most
of these people have been brainwashed by the dieting era.
For
those of you who have an open and eager mind, stick with me because
this can really help you lose weight.
I just visited
another site where they gave a whole big list of tips to help you lose
weight. Anyway, there were some good ones on there.
Some bad ones. And a few that were just flat-out
false! Hey, it's a free country we live in and you're welcome
to say what you like. Truth is... the responsibility as
consumers falls on us. We must be informed. After
all, who cares more about our health... us or them?
Anyway...
This
was a portion taken from one of the tips... "There
are plenty of LOW FAT or even no fat substitutes available in
the market so why not choose wisely. It is much better for you heart
too."
Here was my response (Which didn't
seem to get posted for some reason... hmmmm, technical difficulty?...
perhaps.)
(This
is me speaking now) Big list of tips here that
can certainly assist people. Nice job.
REGARDING
Tip 48 where you say... "There are plenty of LOW FAT or even no fat
substitutes available in the market so why not choose wisely. It is
much better for you heart too." (Come again!)
The only problem
with these "LOW FAT and NO FAT substitutes" is that most of them are so
heavily refined they don't even resemble real food anymore! I
mean, the way you get "low fat" foods is of course, to alter the
original by stripping it's fat content out. (This is a FACT. These foods are
just fundamentally different at the "cellular level". Alien!
And they cause poisonous chemical reaction is the body.)
HUGE
ISSUE. The nutrients in foods are designed to work together in
digestion. Those manufacturers do NOT account for
this. They account for the $$$$$ and market demand.
Want evidence... the U.S. is among the #1 consumers of "LOW FAT" diet foods
and yet we are among the FATTEST nation on earth. (It's the consumers fault.
Manufactures just supply our demand. We demand junk
food - so they keep supplying it. Perhaps it's time to demand
something else?)
And where you say -
"much better for your heart" - they are DEFINITELY NOT! It's
a nice idea, but just flat out wrong. (Some
studies indicate that it's NOT the fat and cholesterol giving people
heart disease, it's the refined trash loaded with chemicals.
I FIRMLY BELIEVE THIS!)
I'm
referring to the refined ones here. Truth is... any food that
has been altered the way that most low fat substitutes has is NEVER
going to be better for you than the original. Yes, these are
just my thoughts, but they are backed by personal experience with
clients. ALSO, the shear volume of studies and
research done on eating healthy fats like omega
3 fish oils, avocados and many others forms a HUGE case
backing me up. The old "low fat" talk is nothing but a fad
dieting myth. The truth... NOT all fats are created
equal. Not even close! And another truth... those
who eat
"healthy fats" tend to burn more fat and be exponentially
healthier than those who indulge themselves in all the low fat diet
b.s. circulating around. (Just
look at Eskimos. The bulk of their diets are fat calories -
fish, seal, etc. Lot's and lot's and lot's of fat! Yet they have a very low instance of heart disease,
at least the ones who've stuck to their native natural diets.)
I
realize this is "counter intuitive", But eating healthy
fats.... yes even though they are high in calories like nuts and seeds
and olive oil and fish oil... is fundamental for losing weight and
keeping it off. NOT to mention optimal for health.
Just
food for thought. And I suspect that a few won't
agree. Oh well, such is life.
Thanks for
the tips guys.
-Jason
I
really don't have much else to say here.
People just
tend to run off and believe what they've been told about low fat no fat diets instead of looking
into the facts.
As for me, I'm going to continue
eating my diet loaded with healthy fats (olive oil, omega 3's, salmon,
nuts, etc) and enjoying my six pack abs and amazing health.
Whether
you join or not is up to you. Whatever the case... just make
sure to do your own research.
Until next time,
-Jason
P.S.
Like I said, much of the tips on that no fat low fat article that
I commented on were beneficial and I thank them for that. And
everyone has there own opinions. These just happen to be mine.
P.P.S You know... everyone has been so damn bombarded with ads
these days for this and that that we've all become "skeptical" of
everything. Even the really good stuff. That can help you
lose weight fast and healthy.
Like my Natural
Approach to explosive weight loss program.
If you need to lose weight fast. If you just want
it to be as easy and healthy as possible. Then I hope you're willing to
give it a shot.
