Hi Jason I just want to say that this post was excellent and I appreciate it.

I have been struggling with my weight forever and it's great to finally get some good information that I can use!

I've actually tried taking advantage of the morning hours like you recommend and it was working great, have no idea why I stopped.

But I'm going to start again because I know it will help me lose weight.
