Why Losing Weight Slow Ain't Safer

Hey guys,

Just posted a comment on a blog.

If you are trying to lose weight and have the "bone-head" notion that somehow losing weight slow is "safer" than losing it fast, then you need to read this.

Here's the thing...

Most well meaning (but brain dead) professionals walk around proclaiming the idea that losing 1 to  pounds each week is some how the best way to do it.

You want to know what I think...

Get that heart stopping trash off your body as fast as possible!!

But what do I know... I don't have a "PHD" or anything like that.  I've only been doing this for over 10 years and helped hundreds of people finally break through the barrier that's keeping their fat ass fat!

Anyway, I'll save your from the rant here.  Just read the comment I left on this "mystery" blog below, and if you happen across it on Adrian's site say high for me.

This question was asked by a woman named ani...

Here was my response (I'll use red lettering to comment on this)

Hey Ani,

Great question.

When people talk about the idea that it's "safer" losing weight slow I just laugh.  Hmmmm... let's see here, you're telling me it's safer to stay fat longer rather than to get rid of that artery clogging junk as fast as I can???

After all, that's all that fat is... JUNK.

Trust me, that fat ain't makin you any healthier staying on your body longer. (Actually many studies indicate that the longer it stays the more "unhealthy" it makes you.  Seriously.)

Listen.  The real issue is not "weight" though, it's "fat".  Most of the time when you hear of people losing 20 pounds in 30 days or so, a lot of that weight is just water.  That's fact.

You want to focus on fat.  Guess what, the fastest way to get rid of fat is to burn it off.  I mean, dieting will take it off (depending on if it's the right diet), but for the most part, food changes take a bit of time to arouse changes in the body.  Not always.  But typically.  (Although there are a few "eating" secrets that work unbelievably fast.  Most don't have a clue... although they are sitting in plain view right under your nose!!)

To LOSE FAT FAST you need to exercise.  Listen.  Hark unto me.  I am not making this up.  If you get your butt in the gym 7 days a week, for the next two weeks those pounds will vanish quickly.  I'm talking about actually working hard and sweating.  Strength training.  Cardio Workouts.

Plus.  If you mix in wise eating, it will just compound the weight loss.  (It all works together here people to help you avoid losing weight slow.)

Of course, this info is nothing new. And you're probably asking "WHO THE HELL AM I".  Fair enough.  I can tell you that I have extensive experience at helping hundreds of people do what you're trying to do (I do believe that the number is now 1,000's).  I'm not trying to blow my own whistle here (Maybe a little!).  It's just that most people are so damn skeptical these days.

Once again, if you do nothing else... get your butt in the gym.  It is by far the fastest way to lose weight.  And yes, it will be safe for you to drop that 15 pounds in just a few weeks.  I've seen it.  This is NOT rare!

Best of luck,

-Jason

P.S.  Of course, I am not a doctor. These opinions about losing weight slow are just based on my personal experience.  Make sure to consult yours before trying to lose weight fast - just make sure they know what they are talking about.  (Many can't find their way out of a paper bag!)  Look.  I have nothing against doctors... it's just that they are not  "nutritionist".  They are trained in medicine which is NOT wise eating.)
