Hello and welcome.

And if I were to be asked the question...

What three things would I do right now to lose 9 pounds in the next 7 days... well they would be as follows:

Natural Secret 1: Simplicity.  You have to keep it simple.

Now.

How many diets have you used in the past that have focused on eating a variety of different foods?

Chances are you got confused by these diets, which is why you failed.

What I discovered three years ago when I was struggling to lose any weight was that I was trying to do too many things.  Ok.  When I started to keep it simple I began to lose the weight.

So what does this mean?

Well... in terms of your diet, you don't need to consume a variety of different types of food.  If you consume one or two main foods each and every day you can lose a lot of weight doing it and you're not gonna have the confusion.

So #1 is to keep it simple.

Natural Secret 2.  It's not about the amount of calories that you consume.

Get this.

How silly is this idea of amount of calories?

If losing weight was a simple matter of eating the "right amount of calories"... then why are there so many overweight... ok, "fat" people out there who eat almost nothing?

And contrast that with all the people who are skinny that eat a TON of food. 

We all know people like that.

Why do they stay skinny?

Well, if it was about getting the right amount of calories this wouldn't be the case.

You wanna know what I found?

Amount means nothing!

It's the TYPE of calories that you consume.

2000 calories of the wrong food is not the same as 2000 calories of the right food.  If you're consuming the wrong food... you're going to get fat.  

If you're consuming the right food, you're going to lose the weight.

It really is just that simple!
