Give Your Body What It Needs On
The Inside.
Believe
it or not... your body operates on fundamental rules. Laws of
nature
that if violated, are gonna cost you your health... and yes, your lean,
sexy physique.
And of all these "laws" not one of
them is as important as the following: Give your body what it needs on
the inside and the results will show up on the outside.
Common
sense?
Hardly.
In
fact, most of the "experts"... and certainly most every tid-bit of
information you see on the talk shows and read out of the magazines is
in complete violation of this fundamental law of weight loss.
Here's
an example:
You've
probably seen plenty of "diet foods" being advertised on every singe
one of the million possible media outlets. T.V., magazines,
radio, billboard, grocery store... WHEW.... just to name a few.
And you know the foods: Low calorie, low
fat, low carb... low everything.
You know the ones.
But just because it's
"diet" don't mean you're gonna lose weight.
In fact,
the vast majority
of those supposed weight loss wonders will make you fat, fat, and more
fat. It's because they are loaded with additives,
preservatives and other chemical junk that destroys your body's
hormonal
balance.
What your body needs to lose weight is NOT
diet food. In fact, the very concept of diet food or anything
diet is an absolute JOKE!
You body needs real food.
And the best kind you can give it is the kind that has the
absolute least amount of processing. Organic would be a good
start.
So correct food is just one example of giving
your body what it needs.
There are actually four
things your body needs
that play a significant role in weight loss...

Optimal Nutrition (We just briefly discussed that one.) -
Optimal Hydration (Adequate supply of water) - Optimal eating
patterns (The Times and Intervals you eat) - Optimal level of
activity (exercise).
And as you can see, they are
very basic.
But the real power is not in WHAT they
are... it's in HOW to get them in just the right amounts.
Unless
you're getting them in just the right amounts you are gonna store
elevated levels of fat.
At it's most basic level...
it's all about the chemical (hormonal) reactions taking place in your
body.
Bottom line: If your body isn't
getting what it needs your hormonal processes are going to be screwed
up and you're going to store fat.
And it may not
sound like weight loss 101. But it's actually very simple.
The
bottom line is losing weight is not
complicated. You can take all the fat diets, pills and
everything else and toss em in the trash.
Understanding
how to give your body what it needs by applying those four things... is
the KEY to super fast, super healthy results.
