Can you lose weight walking?

Yes.

But it won't happen fast.  In fact... you'll probably spend the next month walking without getting any thinner.

In this article I'll share why.

Plus I'll reveal a far greater alternative that will really have you losing weight fast without non-stop boring exercise.

So if you need to lose weight fast, pay close attention because this will work like gangbusters.

Let's begin.

There is one TITANIC problem with walking if you want to lose weight right now.

And it's this little blunder that's sure to keep you desperate and unfulfilled.

What is it?

The lack of INTENSITY.

You need to listen very carefully here.  Intensity is the single greatest key to making any exercise produce fast results.

It's the key to burning fat... period!

Bottom line... walking is too SLOW.  It's not a knock against walking (it actually has many health benefits)... it's just reality.

Too many people walk every day for a month and wonder why they never lose weight.  It's because they are using the wrong tool for the job!

You need intensity... period!

Ok.  So with that said, what's a better alternative?

For the next 7 days I want you to follow two very simple tips.  Now I realize that about 1 in 10 people will listen here... so if you are that one then I'm speaking directly to you.

Wake up every morning and exercise.

7 Days.  No breaks.

Here's the spin...

The exercise must be done BEFORE you eat anything and it must be INTENSE.

I don't care what you do, just make it intense for about 30 minutes.

If you walk, run.  Even better yet... find a Stairmaster.
