Alright guys,

What I'm about to share with you is the single greatest diet ever designed to get super fast results.

I don't care what anyone has told you.  I don't care what diets you've tried in the past.  I don't even care what all those "experts" are promoting out there.

The X257 diet is hands down the fastest I've ever seen... period!

Here's the good news...

- It's safe (although some vegans out there will definitely disagree)

- It's easy

- The results will show up in a few short days.  I'm talking big time results if you do it right.

- It's dirt cheap

- It's super duper simplistic.

And here's the best part... you will NEVER have to starve yourself!

Now.  The strange thing is that most people have know idea about this.  They don't even know it exists.  The reason is simple - I "coined" the name.  So the only people who may have heard of it are my faithful website visitors.

So have I personally tried this lose weight fast diet?

YES.

In fact, I use it to this day.  And for those of you who don't know... I'm a "health nut".  So there is no way I'm going to use something that negatively impacts my healthy.

The bottom line is simple, if you use my X257 lose weight fast diet you will, as the name suggests, LOSE WEIGHT!

So.  Before I reveal what to do (you will be shocked at how simple it is) I want to tell you what the X257 means.  It simply means that you eat the 2 same base foods for five meals each day for the next 7 days.

The major drawback of this diet is that it can get kinda "boring".  I mean... you'll basically be eating very similar foods for each meal.  But who cares... the only thing that really matters besides your health, is getting that fat off your body as quickly as possible.

So here it is...

breakfast
lean protein
vegetable

meal 2  (odd meal out)
fruit
yogurt

meal 3
lean protein
brown rice
vegetable

meal 4
lean protein
vegetable

meal 5
lean protein
vegetable

The options are endless here...

For your lean protein you could eat chicken, beef, bison, fish, turkey, duck, goose... you name it.

For you vegetable you could eat kale, spinach, tomatoes, carrots, romaine lettuce or just combine everything into a big salad.

You'll notice meal 2 is the "odd meal out" for my lose weight fast diet.  The reason I add it is because you need to be getting fruit in your diet, so go ahead and splurge for meal 2.  I recommend apples and bananas.

Here are the rules:  No bread, no pasta, no refined or added sugar.
And the most important one is you drink tons of water throughout the day because your body needs it to flush away fat and toxins.

Now.  Of course, this is a "diet".  It means you'll have to discipline yourself for the next 7 days to follow it.  Some of you won't be able to.  But honestly, it only lasts 7 days.

As for the biggest questions I get:  How much will I lose Jason?

I can't give you a definite amount but on average the people who use my X257 lose weight fast diet drop between 6 and 10 pounds the first week.

P.S.  I highly recommend you exercise if you are going to do this.  At least 30 minutes intensely each day.  Meaning that you "sweat"!
