I do this on a daily basis.  I pretty much ignore all the hype and diet b.s. out there and follow the very simple basics.

Listen.  I'm going to make a very startling claim here.

If you ate at least 5 meals each day spread 2.5 hours apart with each of those meals containing a few servings of vegetables (green leafy is preferred)... then you'd find yourself getting thinner over the course of the next few weeks.

It's really that easy.

Next, I consume a healthy amount of lean protein.

I want you to write the following down, protein is guaranteed to help you burn fat rapidly.

Now listen.  I'm talking about healthy, lean protein here.  Organic.  Grass fed.  Quality stuff.  Eating quality food is the key to losing weight fast, burning fat and exponentially improving your health.

Now.  Like I said - I eat like this on a daily basis.  Yes, occasionally I'll have days that I make some bad choices, but overall, I'm very consistent.

A typical meal for me would resemble the chicken with broccoli meal below.  (See the butter - contrary to popular belief, fat is healthy for you.  That is organic butter and it is guaranteed to help you burn more fat quicker if you use it correctly.  

In fact, I do believe that people don't eat even close to enough "healthy" fat in their diet.  It's a great tip that will help you lose weight faster and easier!)

I realize I didn't mention things like exercise or water consumption on this page.  What I wanted to do was talk about something that I pretty certain not a lot of people know.

I do this and my health is through the roof and I have very little problem with excess fat.  

As for the grains that I do consume, they are brown rice and oatmeal.
