obviously take more discipline. But it's guaranteed to help
you lose 5 to 10 pounds in a week.
Ok, so that
covers your diet.
The third thing will deal with
exercise.
The real key here is to stop trying to do
so much.
What you want to do is just pick one
thing. Who cares if it is the "best" exercise.
You're not trying to win an award here. All that matters is
that you enjoy it and you can work up a sweat doing it.
