How to Lose 15 Pounds Fast?

"How do I lose 15 pounds fast?"

A question that many people have asked me on more than one occasion.

Upon further discussion I quickly find out that what they really mean is "are there any supplements that can help?"

There is one reply that I give them every time...

"You don't need to take anything." In fact I have seen people lose 15 pounds of weight in three weeks or less following the correct program.

Inevitably, people insist on my opinion for what I think are the "best weight loss products".  

Actually, I am not sure if there is any single "best" product on the market. What I can tell you is that any product that I would ever recommend must be safe and effective.

In my experience people have had far greater results when they consume their products in the context of a proper plan. This is why I am a fan of meal replacement shakes.
