Listen people, this stuff really works.

Now.  The question I get asked hundreds of time is HOW FAST?

My answer is simple...

How bad do you want it?

It's up to you.  The harder you work at it the faster your results.  Generally speaking.

  • Spread 5 meals exactly 2.5 hours apart each day.  Bump your protein intake.  Examples would be lean beef, chicken, turkey.  There are a ton of options here guys.  I tend to stick with organic.  I've also switched over to grass fed beef.  You should do a Google search on this - the studies are amazing!  Basically grass fed has loads more nutrients.  Read the "natural weight loss" tab in the top left for amazing info on this.

Ok.  So if you've watched the video and it's your goal to lose 10 pounds fast, then you need to combine all this info together and apply it each day.

Yes.  Monday through Sunday.  Yes.  Even on the weekend.

The more closely you apply it the better it'll work.

Here's what I'd do.  Make sure every day you exercise in the
morning.  Before you eat anything. Drink water throughout.
I would do squats 4x10, lunges 4x10, bench press 4x10.  Then
I'd finish with 30 minutes on stairmaster. Really sweating.

Do this every day.  I realize that this is simple.  Look.
There are a bunch of exercises you could do here.  But this
works.  That's why I recommend it.  It's a great way to lose

 Just keep doing this until you reach your goal.  

Then you can change up and modify your routine as you
feel fit.


Truth is...

... I bet you could do it in as little as one week.

P.S.  UPDATE:  I must confess, many people ask me if I use the information I teach and the answer is yes.

But occasionally I mix it up a bit to change the pace.

Here's what I mean...

.... if I were to set out on a quest to lose weight and burn fat as quickly as possible I'd use the information in the video to a tea - it works... period.  I still use everything except the exercising in the morning before I eat.

The reason is simple - I've switched up my lift schedule a bit to enhance muscle development and found that night lifting (on a full stomach) works great for me.

But if you need to lose 10 pounds fast.  

I mean, if you just want those quick, rapid results, then use the info in the video, period.  You can always switch it up later.

Your goal when you exercise is to lose weight fast and the best time to do it is in the morning, before you eat.
