When
was the last time you went to the gym?
If your
answer is anything more than 2 days ago... you may as well hang it up.
Forget it.
You'll never lose 10
pounds fast.Sure.
You may be able to lose it over time. But it won't
happen fast.

this on a daily basis guys. Women. Men.

You simply can't burn enough

gym sweating on a daily basis.

What do all these trainers
have everyone doing? What is the one thing that they get
pissed about more often than anything else?
It's
when the overweight person tries to "DOG IT" during the exercise
session.
Ever notice that?
There's
a reason for it. Those trainers realize that the only hope
these people have of burning fat at a noticeable rate is to sweat their
brains out on a daily basis. They need to work at it.
It's just the way it is.
Specifically.
In my experience. Getting your butt in the gym and
lifting weights intensely for 1 hour will work wonders. It's
guaranteed. Foolproof. Those 10 pounds won't stand
a chance
If you did this
every single day for the next two weeks, you would stand one hell of a
good chance to lose 10 pounds fast.
Here's
what I'd do. Make sure every day you exercise in the
morning.
Before you eat anything. Drink water throughout.
I
would do squats 4x10, lunges 4x10, bench press 4x10.
Then
I'd
finish with 30 minutes on stairmaster. Really sweating.
Do
this every day. I realize that this is simple. Look.
There
are a bunch of exercises you could do here. But this
works.
That's why I recommend it. It's a great way to lose
10 pounds fast Just keep
doing this until you reach
your goal.
Then you can change up and
modify your routine as you
feel fit.
