what is this timeless axiom?
The single,
fundamental, law of weight loss that has been responsible for
practically every astonishing fat melting victory and health
transformation in eternity?
And
Regardless of what the "PHD's" will tell you... obeying this
law has more power than any pill, medication or surgery ever
invented... combined!
Just one eighteen word
sentence sums it up:
"Give your body what it needs on
the inside and the results will show up on the outside."
Excess
fat is merely a symptom of NOT giving your body what it
needs. And the basic problem with most diets and other weight
loss fads is that they simply try to treat the symptom... the fat... by
removing it.
Unless you treat the actual
CAUSE it will never go away!
Examples:

Just eat less. (Problem is it doesn't address the actual food that has
made you fat in the first place!)
- Eliminate the
carbs. (Problem is that carbs have not made you fat... the WRONG carbs
have made you fat!)
Eliminate the fats. (Same as
carbs)
Exercise more. (An excellent recommendation,
but once again... exercise does not address the actual cause of your
flabby body.)
Weight loss has a cause.
A
"root" culprit.
And that culprit is a
result of NOT supplying your body with exactly what it needs... each
and every day... Period!
This is why the above
mentioned methods, while they can lead to some weight loss, produce
shady results that either won't last, or will leave you with health
problems.
And by now your thinking...
"What
does my body need?"
"How do I give my
body what it needs on the inside so that it will release this horrible
excess flab."
And that is the essence of a NATURAL

So, the needs?
I
have found four of them. And besides the obvious "AIR"... the
following four things, applied in just the right way, will work wonders.

Optimal eating habits
4. Optimal exercise
And
by optimal I simply mean the best in just the right amounts.
Allow
me to elaborate more on each of these.
Hydration
means maintaining a perfectly balanced amount of water in the
body. Water is one of the principle drivers of weight
loss. Most overweight people are continuously dehydrated...
which has a lot to do with why they are overweight.
Nutrition
(What you eat) is by far and away the most important thing.
The old saying, "you
are WHAT you eat" is very true. Problem is that
most people believe they actually eat a "healthy" diet when their diet
STINKS.
Nutrition has a great deal to do with HOW
the food was produced.
Case in point: A
tomato that has been grown using pesticides and other chemicals is NO
WHERE NEAR as good for you as one that has been grown in a natural,
organic way.
It can actually make you
fat!
Eating habits deal with the when and how of
eating. Basically you must eat the correct TYPE of food at
the correct TIME and in the correct WAY. This is the greatest secret to
generating lightning fast results.
And last but not
least, exercise. Which just so happens to be among he most
confusing subjects of weight loss for people.
Sorry
to "burst your bubble", but walking on the treadmill or around the
block a few times are not the best sources of exercise. There
are far faster ways to get results.
The bottom line
is that to achieve the quick, healthy results you desire... along with
the long list of other amazing benefits listed above... you need to
