Take our example of walking... Instead of walking around the block a few times... RUN.  Instead of a slow-paced stride on your treadmill... raise the incline and move faster!

It's really all about science here.  The faster and hotter the fire, the more fuel it burns. Intense training gives you a greatly elevated metabolism causing you to rapidly melt fat.
