If
you're looking for the best inner
thigh exercises, then this article is for you.
Here's
why. I am going to reveal 2 such exercises that can produce
almost magical results!
I know. I've used
both. I also recommend them to my clients. Bottom
line is... they work!
They are super easy.
In fact, anybody can do these.
And
the
results can be noticed in less than two weeks, provided that you do
them consistently. Like at least four to five days each week.
Now.
There is one catch here. One of these inner thigh
exercises
will probably require access to a gym. That is, unless you
have the proper machine.
The other
exercise though, can be done anywhere.
Ok.
So let me jump right into this, it will only take a minute or
so.
Exercise number one is what I like to call thigh
adduction.
Now.
The best and easiest way to do this is with a
thigh abductor machine. Most every gym has one. The
machine
below is a Maximus Fitness Inner Thigh Machine (but there are many
other brands)...
These machines work great.
Basically all you do is just sit on it, set to the
desired weight, and then squeeze your thighs together.
Listen.
If you have not done these before I'm telling
you... after about 4 sets of 20 repetitions you'll feel those inner
thigh muscles working big time!
The following day
you will be sore as hell!
Ok. The second
one, and just as effective, are "step-ups".
Listen.
There are many "experts" who will tell you that these are
solely
for your butt and quads, but they are wrong. Step-ups work
the
inner thighs big time! Especially if you use proper form.
All
you
do is find a box or something about knee to wast high (The higher you
can handle the better). Place
one foot on the box and keeping the other leg straight as possible,
just step
up. Note: Do not push off the ground with your foot.
It will not work the inner thigh as well.
If
you do it like this then you will get one heck of a burn.
Ok. So those are
two very good inner thigh exercises.
There
are others, but if you do these at least four days each week.
4
sets, 20 reps. Then you will begin seeing very good results. It really is that simple.
