The
Most Important Weight Loss Article I've Ever WrittenI
woke up this morning and had no idea what to write.
I
mean... there is only so much you can say about weight loss.
Only
so many different ways to say it.
I think it's so
strange that people want to make this topic a whole lot more confusing
than it really is.
But I guess that is
human nature. People want to find the secret... the "magic
pill". But the truth is it doesn't exist. It's not
there. And because it's not there people wonder aimlessly
around in desperation never able to lose any weight.
Honestly
speaking there are four things. Just four. And
these four things are the only things that make any difference when it
comes to losing weight.
And I'm sorry to disappoint
you but they are BASIC.
No
secrets. No magic pill. Sorry. Just
"plain Jane" basics. That is what works.
Of
course you want to know what they are.
And I'll tell
you...
1. Body hydration (You must drink lots of
water)
2. Optimal nutrition (You must eat the right
food)
3. Eating habits (You must know how to eat the
right food.)
4. Exercise (This means stop making
love to the couch for six hours every night.)
Well.
Actually
there is a fifth. And the fifth one is by far the most
important. It is what separates the true weight loss winners from the
losers. Without it... you CAN'T lose weight... period!
Sad
to think... but part of you probably hates to here it.
I
mean you had your heart dead set on some amazing new diet or the latest
medication.
But when was the last time any diet
ever... in the history or human kind... gave anyone lasting
results??
NEVER! Hasn't
happened.
So if you keep trying to diet
your way to a re-shaped body, either you have a brain the size of a
chickens... or you are being stubborn and stupid. (For most
of you, the latter is the case.)
And medication,
surgery, diet pills and the like. They all got negative side
effects. Every single one of them. They WILL kill
your body. They have already killed many (The stats are quite
horrendous)!
And for what? The results
will never last.

If

Losing weight
is a lot like that. The ones who know "HOW" to apply the
basics are the ones who lose the weight.
But once
you know how... it can get really exciting. Provided
