Achieving Your Sexy Ideal Body Weight 


What is your ideal body weight?

Don't get confused by the standard definition that refers to your ideal weight as the "weight that you are expected to weigh based on age, sex and height.

According to the standard definition every 35 year old 6' male should way the same.  And how about you ladies?  Do you really think that every 30 year old 5'5" female should weigh the same?  

I got news for you...Everyone is different!

A better definition...

Your ideal weight is the weight to which your body will naturally return if you're fueling it with the best possible nutrition.  In other words...Giving it what it needs!

Here's an amazing thought for you...You are not created to be overweight!  On the flip side, you are not created to be underweight either.  You have a weight that you look your best! A weight that makes you feel great when you look in the mirror.

And the following may be a surprise too...Whether you are overweight or underweight the exact same diet will bring you back to your sexy ideal!

Your body is beyond genius, it actually knows whether you need to lose weight or gain it and it adapts to either situation...  

There is only one catch...

Your body was created to function on an optimal diet.  If you are overweight you are simply not providing your body with what it needs.  The only way to reach your ideal body weight and stay there is to begin giving your body the right nutrition.
