There is one
thing more than anything else, that's responsible for your love handles.
I
had them for years.
And I had the excess below belly
button fat to match. When I finally removed this one thing my
love handles began to vanish very quickly.
Like
within seven days.
But I must warn you...
This
will call for some discipline. And you must be consistent.
No taking days off here.
So, the one
surefire way to lose your love handles is to get rid of ALL refined
carbohydrates. All of em.
Refined simply
means processed. As in - containing additives and
preservatives. Or, man altered.
This trash
food is perhaps the #1 source of all abnormal body fat.
And
practically the entire food source is infected.
Examples
include pretty much everything lining your supermarket shelf.
Seriously,
practically every product contains some type of refined carb or sugar.
There is no distinction. Carbs and sugar are the
same. And refined is refined. I challenge you to
find a food that does not contain them.
So here's
the trick...
You want to begin being a verocious
label reader.
Your goal is to starve your body of
these fat culprits. The best way is simply to eat
organic.
But even then, you still must read labels.
That
is, if you are dead set on eating packaged and boxed food.
If
you eat a lot of organic chicken and rice. Or beef and rice.
And lots of vegetables. That would be golden.
But any packaged food must be examined.
If
you can do this than your love handles will be toast. Period.
