to be true in virtually all cases that have applied this strange and
fascinating little secret.
Yes, I said "nearly all
of em'"!
So if you're wondering how to lose belly
fat fast, then what I'm about to share can certainly send shivers up
and down your spine.
But I will let you be the judge.
You
can either apply it and see. Or you can leave this page and
never return.

In
2004 I came to one conclusion... trying to lose belly fat can be a real
pain.
As you know, practically nothing works.
Exercise
is tough... because there's just no known way to spot target.
Especially below the belly button.
Dieting
is tough, because even starving yourself won't make it go away.
In fact, science proves that abnormal fat is the last type of
fat to go. That you'd practically have to die of starvation
before you
lost even an ounce.
I know I have personally tested
this. Maybe you have too. And these are the reasons
why very few people ever have success.
But what if
there was an easier way how to lose belly fat?
Well
there is.
And in 2004 I found it, after everything
else had failed.
However, before I reveal it you
must understand... this is not a "magic pill".
It
will require no less than two weeks of absolute consistency.
But when the results come, they pour!
So
let me explain.
You must understand that below belly
button fat is "abnormal".
It is not a natural
occurrence.
It only makes sense then that something
unnatural has caused it. That's just logic.
Find
it. Eliminate it. And the results will begin to
appear. And the longer you eliminate it the better the results will be.
Kinda like a puddle of water evaporates when it stops raining.
The
cause, of course, can only be found in your diet. After all,
food builds the body. You absolutely become what you eat.
If
you are fat and unhealthy it's only because you've eaten fat and
unhealthy food.
If you're lean and vigorous... well
- you've eaten "life-giving" food.
I
will make a rather bold statement here...
And yes,
I'm sure that many "gurus" do not agree with me... but such is life.
It
is a diet of unnatural food (An abnormal diet) that causes abnormal
fat. And I believe that IF YOU EAT NOTHING BUT 100% NATURAL
FOOD THEN YOU CAN NOT HAVE ABNORMAL FAT.
Now.
There are certainly many civilizations that would attest.
The
Vilcabambas for example... long lost society that has virtually no
obesity. They do not eat the typical "grocery store diet".
They
eat real food. Grown without chemicals. Stored
without preservatives.
These things are not natural.
As a results, they can only lead to unnatural occurrences in
the body. Namely - hormonal imbalance, disease and you
guessed
it... lots of belly fat.
No.
It does not happen within a month. Not even three
or six.
But after years of eating dead food you body begins to die.
You get fat.
So that is a glimpse of what
I
discovered in 2004.
My goal became simple...
I
would correct my hormonal imbalance by totally eliminating the refined
(dead) food. This is how to lose belly fat forever.
By
simply eating meats, vegetables fruits and
grains that had been grown 100% naturally. Organically.
The
results where not what you'd expect.
They didn't
show
up. Not for a week. Not even two weeks.
What
I later found was that was the trial. It is the period that
separates those who get results from those who don't. Most
people end up stopping three feet from gold.
They
never fully give their body enough time to adapt. To fully
correct itself.
But once it does. Once the
hormones balance out. Become natural. Your body
will literally repel belly fat.
Now. There
are some specifics as to how I ate. And yes, I still eat this
way today because it works.
It is not hard.
I'm
certain anyone can do it.
But I'm also not naive
enough to thing that everyone will.
