So imagine with me for a second that you took whatever you are currently eating during any given day...  (Notice... I'm not even going to ask you to change your diet.)... and split it into 9 or even 10 super duper small meals.

Here's what happens...

Your metabolism is forced to operate on "high" all day long.

Metabolism is simply the physical process of your body breaking down food for energy.  If it is having to do this 10 times per day... then it is always working.  The flame NEVER goes out!  It burns hotter and hotter.

And as it burns throughout the day, your body melts away more and more calories.  Fat.  Whatever you want to call it!

The point is... this is the single best way I've found how to increase your metabolism.
