The real trick is to make sure you're consuming "FREE RANGE" and "grass fed" animals.  Did you know that the meat that comes from grass fed beef is DRAMATICALLY different that the typical "grain fed" beef.

I mean.  It's like night and day.  Complete polar opposites.

Listen guys.  This typically costs more money but if you're sole aim is to lose weight fast and do it healthy - this is wildly effective.  It's almost miraculous.  (As a side note:  this is a major key to keeping the weight off.)
