You've Seen the Old "Food Guide Pyramid"?

Be assured that if you are trying to lose weight and improve your health, the old pyramid won't cut it!

There are three food groups that you need to "live in" day in and day out to create the body of your dreams...There's also a fourth group, without which, achieving a healthy beautiful body is impossible...

Here's a "healthy diet pyramid" that holds the key to the body of your dreams...

Fruit Group
Fruit is quite possibly the greatest health producing food on the planet.  It's also weight loss fuel.  If you want to lose weight fast you should be consuming at least three whole, raw pieces of fruit every day.

Vegetable Group
Vegetables are the most neglected of all foods.  Without them your optimal health is impossible!  Eating several raw vegetables a day will help you burn fat incredibly fast and get really healthy in the process.

Grains Group
You've heard that carbs are bad...?

Forget every word of it!  Carbohydrates are the greatest fat burning fuel on the planet!  Hands down!  Without carbohydrates you can kiss that tone body goodbye.  Carbs are essential for every function in the body and that includes burning fat.  Your diet should consist primarily of carbohydrates with very little meat.

Seems crazy right?  I mean, who doesn't drink water?  Everyone drinks it, the only problem is that almost nobody drinks enough...Nearly 100% of those who are overweight are also dehydrated!
