Healthy Cooking Oil for Weight Loss?

Are there actually healthy cooking oils that promote weight loss?

You may be surprised to find out that the answer is yes...that choosing the correct oils will have an incredibly positive impact on your weight and health.

When it comes to cooking there is only one oil that I would recommend...coconut oil.

Do you cook with the standard old vegetable oils?  

Many product labels simply say "vegetable oil", but other examples of vegetable oils include: corn, canola, sunflower and peanut.

Have you ever noticed that heating these oils up causes them to boil, smoke and smell bad?  It's because their chemical make-up is such that they break down upon heating.  This breakdown causes many harmful chemicals to be produced, which is why standard vegetable oils are not healthy for cooking.  When consumed, these cooked vegetable oils cause a sluggish metabolism and excess fat storage.

Coconut oil on the other hand is incredibly resistant to break down. It retains its original form when heated, and its original form is extremely healthy!  Science has shown the many societies who benefit from the consumption of coconut oil.

One of the many myths about coconut oil is that it's unhealthy do to its high concentration of saturated fat.  However this is completely false...All fats are not created equal!  

In fact, it's proven that coconut oil actually speeds up the metabolism promoting weight loss and fat burn.
