solution.

obesity and disease of any country!
Compare this
with societies who consume very little animal protein and you will see
a staggering difference...Obesity is incredibly rare and so is
disease.

keep it off the "healthy" Atkins diet is not the solution.
There is a much

be much healthier because of it!
