The Greatest Weight Loss Secret The World Has Ever Known.

You know.

If there was one thing that I could explain to people about losing weight, it'd be to change their thought pattern.

Case in point.

I recently worked with a young female swimmer who was desperate to drop from 164 pounds to 125.

I'm going to share with you an exact quote from the very first email I received from her.

See if you can discover why she is struggling to lose weight...

"The day before however, I got off track...we had a memorial dinner and I had a cheeseburger and dessert which definitely spiked my cravings. It's just so hard for me to stay consistent, which I understand is a HUGE part of this program which is why I just don't think I can do it, not only this but any program."

Now.  If you said the part where she says -- "The day before however, I got off track...we had a memorial dinner and I had a cheeseburger and dessert which definitely spiked my cravings." ... you are not alone.

Most people would point their fingers at Kim's inconsistency as being her problem.

And it is.  At least to some extent.

But it doesn't even come close to her underlying thought pattern.

Specifically, where she says...

"I just don't think I can do it, not only this, but any program."

Hark unto me.  Listen.

Kim's major problem is that she has a very very NEGATIVE attitude toward losing weight.  No doubt programmed into her from years of trying to "diet".  A weight loss technique built on the foundation of self-deprivation.

If you are a former dieter... then you are infected with the whole "losing weight is restrictive and hard" disease.  I guarantee it!

For example...

- She believes losing weight is hard.  (It most certainly is not!)

- She believes there's restriction involved.  (A lot less that you'd imagine!)

- She believes that "I just don't think I can do it". (If you don't think you can, you won't... period!)

The bottom line here is...

The single greatest obstacle standing in your path to an amazing body, is your past negative mental programming.

Dieting, and every other past technique you've used that is based on food limitation and hard work... has instilled in you a weight loss attitude that is a spot on match to Kim's.

It's like a disease.

Unless you get rid of it... you're weight will always be a struggle.

- It won't matter what program you use.

- It won't matter how much effort you put in.

- Nothing will matter.  If you believe it's hard, then it will be one long drawn out struggle for you.

This is not psychobabble here folks.

It's very scientific in nature.

Your thoughts determine your results.  The most cutting edge science proves this.

Not to mention the greatest spiritual teachers of all time. Jesus.  The Dolli Lama.  Emerson.  Gandhi.  Just to name a few.

I've done this long enough to know that one thing.  Just one.  Separates those who lose every last pound with ease... from those who struggle.

Their thought pattern.

My whole point in all of this is simple.

If you are struggling to lose weight, then you need to examine your thoughts.  Become aware. Do you constantly say to yourself things like...

- "Why can't I lose weight?"

- "This is so hard."

- "Why does nothing ever work for me?"

-  "Look at how fat I've become."

If you do, then that IS your problem.

And the greatest peace of advice I could ever give to you... way more valuable than any food secret, exercise secret or anything else...  is to change your thoughts.

When your dominating thoughts about weight loss become...

- "This is so simple!"

- "I can feel myself losing weight!"

- "I love my body and it's getting more beautiful ever day!"

- "I feel great!"

Then you have stumbled on the greatest weight loss secret the world has ever known.

You are headed down a path guaranteed to bring you success.

I have seen this happen many many times.

Write the following down and never let it leave your site.

"I deserve to have the body of my dreams.  Losing weight is easy.  Fast.  And fun.  I feel the weight melting away each day and it feels great!"

Repeat it when you wake up each morning.  Repeat it before you go to bed each night.

Cement it into your mind.

And in the words of a wise man...

"As you think... so shall it be."

I don't say this to "sound my own horn".  I have no need anymore.

I say it simply to give you amazing hope.

Losing weight is very very easy.  I will say that again... Losing weight is very very easy.

It can happen fast.  In huge quantities.  FOR YOU!

I've never met a person who couldn't lose weight provided that they where willing to change their attitude.  But, you must believe it will happen to the very depth of your soul... before you will ever see the results.
