In this article I'm going to share with you the top 10 greatest fat loss facts I've ever stumbled upon.

And they work so well, I live by them.

Truth is, that if you follow these fat loss facts you can begin losing weight and transforming your body very fast!  I have.  And so have many others.

Here they are in no particular order...

Fact #1:  Most fat people are also dehydrated.

Studies have confirmed that there is an absolute link between excess body fat and lack of water.

Bottom line... DRINK MORE WATER!

Fact #2:  It takes the human brain approximately 20 minutes after you're done eating to get the "full" signal from your stomach.

This means... by the time you've eaten way too much, it is way too late!

It is exactly why that "stuffed" feeling seems to sneak up on you.

Bottom line... STOP eating like a dumb-dumb or you will continue to blow-up like a balloon!

Fact #3:  More milk is consumed in the good old U.S. than any other country on the planet.  Yet we have among the highest rates of osteoporosis and obesity.

There are two common reasons the "professionals" use to get people to drink more milk...

- They say the calcium will help you have strong bones.

- They say it can actually help you lose weight.

Here's the stunner...

Some studies have found that milk can actually leach calcium from the body and also make you a fat magnet!

Hey... It pays to be well informed!

Fact #4:  There are entire societies alive and well that virtually NEVER get fat.

What do they have in common?

Their diets.  Namely... they consume a completely "natural" unprocessed diet.  That means no additives preservatives or any other harmful chemicals.

Fact #5:  Plant-based food is a common theme in the diets of the leanest, healthiest people on earth.

The diets of the healthiest people tend to be dominated by good old fruits, vegetables and grains.

Fact #8:  Most diet supplements will make you fatter.

Wake up! 

The primary goal of the diet industry is to get your hard earned cash!

What makes a "diet supplement" any different from other food?

Just one thing... it has a LABEL that claims huge fat loss!

Truth is I could stick a similar label on any food item and it would fly off the shelf! 

Bottom line... Stop being so gullible!  The food you eat trumps any diet supplement on the market when it comes to losing weight.

Fact #9:  The human body needs carbs to lose "permanent" weight.

Your body won't function without carbs... period!

Sure, you can lose weight within the first few days of a no carb diet... but without carbs you WILL smoke your metabolism. 

Sooner or later all the fat is coming right back in greater quantities than before.

Fact #10:  Taking continuous deep breaths throughout the day helps you burn more fat.

Most people are so "stressed" that they breath very shallow.

As a result they negatively impact their metabolism and they tend to store more flab.

Bottom line... focus on taking deeper breaths.  Sooner or later it will become a habit and the rewards are extraordinary!
