Wow! Really enjoyed this article Jason.
I heard a younger lady at work talking about the amazing results her and her sister have been getting losing weight together.
She always seems to be so motivated and I wasn't sure how she was able to do it.
Now I know. It's the power of validation!
I'm going to show my best friend your post and hopefully she will be my weight loss buddy.
I need to lose about 20 pounds and so does she and I know we can do it if we work together.
The video was a God's sent. I have to admit that it made me cry and I believe it has changed the way I look at a lot of things.
I just think the content on your site is great and I look forward to your next post.
