As you know there are many free online diets that promote losing weight fast. However, they tend to be incomplete and if you follow these diets you can wind up looking very disproportionate.

When you think of losing weight chances are you would most like to lose it in the problem areas. The problem areas include the hips and under arms for women and the lower stomach (spare tire) and chest area for men. These areas tend to be the last to go when you lose weight.
