So

way back when I
yet had loads of stomach fat to lose. Back in those days I was
teetering
between vegetarianism and the wonderful taste of ground beef!
I
had been reading all these studies about the harmful... even
dangerous... effects of eating animal protein. To say the
least, it brainwashed me. I began to get neurotic about not
eating meat. Instead I would fill my diet with vegetables,
fruit, and whole grains. I ate tons of pasta! Only
small bits of fish and chicken.
Basically,
it all blew up in my face.
I didn't feel right.
I couldn't gain muscle at the gym. And the
vegetarian diet that was supposed to make me healthy and thin, just
left me feeling run down and fat.
To make a long
story short, the ground beef eventually won out.
The
major changes
occurred when I began to read other books about the amazing benefits of
eating animal protein. I began to see that it could be
healthy for me.
Plus, I just looked at the evidence.
I mean, I challenge anyone to find a conclusive study showing
that those who eat meat are less healthy than those who do not.
I have yet to see one. In fact, there are many that
indicate just the opposite may be true.
In any
event, here's what I've come to realize...
Provided
that your food is not loaded with additives and preservatives and
growth
hormones, it would be hard to call it "bad". Once again,
there are huge benefits in eating an organic, 100% natural diet.
But that's not the tip.

I'm talking to you vegetarians too. (Hard core
Vegans. Those who absolutely do not touch animal products -

As I
started to read and expand my mind to the benefits of eating organic,
free range beef and other meat, things started to change for me.
I began to include more of it in my diet.
I
would study the diets of bodybuilders and others who had dynamite, low
fat bodies. This includes gorgeous female fitness models as
well.
I found that a major for many of them was the
consumption of a healthy diet that included lots of
protein.
Now, those who don't eat meat would
challenge me on this.
Heck,
back in my anti-meat days I would've even challenged the notion.
The only problem is that there's no denying the way that
those bodybuilders and top fitness models look!
So

If
you just can't lose body fat chances are that this will make a

Now. I'm not
talking about just any old animal protein. I want to see you
eating organic, free range. No additives. No growth
hormones. Just natural. Just the way God intended

My typical dietary split is about 25 - 30
percent
calories from animal products, 70 percent from plant sources.
But
I'm in the gym basically every day so my body uses the protein.
If you're not in the gym, than slightly less will still work
great.
What you want to do is try to combine each
meal with a small portion of lean animal protein (chicken, beef,
turkey). Studies show that this can have dramatic effects on
the elimination of body fat.
I've found
those studies to be quite accurate for me and my clients.

And
I find that it's usually very
beneficial for those who are overweight and are vegetarian or even
borderline vegan. It's a radical change for these people I
