If you're looking for the best foods that burn fat, then this is going to be a great article for you.

Here's why.  I'm going to explain to you the top three fat loss foods that I've ever found.

They're very very powerful.

Anybody can use them.

These are not foods that are expensive or that you have to go out and buy at some "fancy" store.

They're just simple, "everyday" foods.

Best part is...

If you start to consume more of them over the next 5 to 7 days then you can get phenomenal results doing it.

Ok.  So let's begin with these top 3 foods that burn fat.

The number one food that I've found for really getting great results is lean animal protein foods. 

The reason why they are so potent is because animal protein forces your metabolism to burn hotter and faster.

It just takes your body more to digest.

Now the best one that I've found is lean beef.  

Just super lean cuts of beef seem to work best for my clients.  But you can also use lean chicken and things like that.

Alright.  So that was number one.

The number two food is green "leafy" vegetables.

Things like spinach and kale.

These foods are super high in nutrients.

They are loaded with fiber and other things that allow your body to operate at peek efficiency.

So when you consume them you tend to burn more fat eating these foods.

Ok.  So the number three food now.

And this is a little bit of a catch because people don't typically view this as a food.

But, for the sake of this article we will view anything that you consume... solid or liquid... as a "food".

Now, this is very important...

So pay close attention.

The number three fat loss food is water.

Just plain old water.

Most people are way too dehydrated so they store more fat.

Well, it's scientifically proven that if you're fully hydrated.  If you're drinking plenty of water.  Then you're system actually flushes away more fat.

It sounds too simple.

But it really is that simple.

So water is one of the most powerful foods that burn fat.

Ok.  So there were the three.

- Lean beef

- Green leafy vegetables

- Water

So if you can consistently mix those into your diet over the next 5 to 7 days then I know you can get great results.
