In
fact, the answer probably defies most everything you've
learned about food.
The truth is, there is no food
that actually
"burns" fat.
That is to say...
It's
not the "fire". The food does not "melt it away".
What
food actually does is makes it possible for your body to burn the fat.
Here's
what I mean. Body fat is almost always caused by eating
certain types of food. Great examples include refined carbs
and other unnatural type foods that trigger "abnormal" fat storage.
You

Abnormal food
causes abnormal fat.
Natural "normal" food does not.
So
here's my point. If you want to burn belly fat. The
stuff right below your belly button. Then you must eliminate
the abnormal food for an extended period of time.
Consider
this... If you completely eliminated all refined food
from your diet for the next two weeks and replaced it with natural
food, then you would most likely notice a big difference.

Remember, they don't actually burn fat. They make
it possible for your body to burn the fat by replacing the unnatural
