Food - The Most Powerful "Fat Loss" Drug

Problem stomach fat.

I tried what most people do...

-- Sit-ups, crunches, running, walking and lots of other exercise...

-- Along with Eating less food.

And whether or not you agree with the principles of the Zone Diet, understanding that single passage is the KEY to losing your problem fat very quickly.

It means you must begin to see the food you eat in a completely different way.

It's not just a cheeseburger and coke value meal...

Once again, the main point is that different food combinations produce different chemical reactions... and your body's hormones will respond differently.

Simply put...

The combinations of food that you eat can give you energy or make you tired... make you sick or make you well... make you FAT or make you THIN!
