Fastest Weight Loss Diet
Too
many people look for the fastest weight loss diet without realizing

Mike
wanted to lose 15 pounds and get back to his college weight. Mike

had caused him to get
fat in the first place...The "norm" diet. The bulk of the
norm diet consists
of empty calories, which have no nutritional value. Mike began to
realize that his body was a master at
turning these foods into stored fat. The proof was all
around his waste! Mike
adopted a new
diet
consisting primarily of plant-based unprocessed food.
He
was skeptical at first, but agreed to give it
a try for one month.
There was another important aspect of Mike's diet
that he changed. Like
Mike, so many others who are struggling with
their weight are in a constant state of dehydration.
Their bodies lack
the necessary amount of water to efficiently carry out body functions,
such as cellular metabolism.
After
all of this Mike noticed that he was still lacking something, something
that is fundamental to the fastest weight loss diet...
Exercise!
He began to realize that he did not have to run 5 miles a day
or lift
heavy weights to work up a sweat. He walked a little one day. Then
a little more the next. Then he even began to jog a little.
Mike was committed enough to follow the steps of

Let's just say that Mike is not the man he used to
be. Mike lost 20 pounds of fat and is
in the best shape of his life. He left his doctors wondering what he
