Mike's Fastest Weight Loss Diet Plan

Too many people look for the fastest weight loss diet without realizing that they have everything they need right now to lose a lot of weight very quickly.

We can all benefit from Mike's story...

Mike wanted to lose 15 pounds and get back to his college weight. Mike was 43 years old and had lived a life that was similar to most. He worked a nine to five job, had a house in the suburbs and was all around an "ordinary guy." He ate the normal diet consisting of lots of meat, sugar and everything in between.

Then something changed. Mike became sick in tired of being sick and tired. He was over-weight and his cholesterol was through the roof. Mike, like so many others, was looking for a way out. A way to look and feel great!
 
We began by decreasing his meal size.  You see, with smaller portions his body could digest what he ate much faster. Faster digestion leads to being hungry more often.  Because Mike was hungry more often he was able to consume between five and six small meals per day.  This was an absolutely fundamental key to the fastest weight loss diet because it allowed Mike's metabolism to speed-up. A faster metabolism meant that Mike's body could burn fat much faster.

Now Mike remembered what he had been eating that had caused him to get fat in the first place...The "norm" diet.  The bulk of the norm diet consists of empty calories, which have no nutritional value. Mike began to realize that his body was a master at turning these foods into stored fat. The proof was all around his waste!  Mike adopted a new diet consisting primarily of plant-based unprocessed food.  He was skeptical at first, but agreed to give it a try for one month.

There was another important aspect of Mike's diet that he changed. Like Mike, so many others who are struggling with their weight are in a constant state of dehydration. Their bodies lack the necessary amount of water to efficiently carry out body functions, such as cellular metabolism.

After all of this Mike noticed that he was still lacking something, something that is fundamental to the fastest weight loss diet...
Exercise!  He began to realize that he did not have to run 5 miles a day or lift heavy weights to work up a sweat. He walked a little one day. Then a little more the next. Then he even began to jog a little.

Mike was committed enough to follow the steps of the fastest weight loss diet for one month.

Did he reach his goal?

Let's just say that Mike is not the man he used to be.  Mike lost 20 pounds of fat and is in the best shape of his life. He left his doctors wondering what he was doing because his cholesterol had dropped so much! All that from following a simple plan like this:

  • Decrease your meal size
  • Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day
  • Eat primarily plant-based unprocessed food
  • Stay hydrated
  • Exercise a little each day
