Fast Weight Loss Tip #1: Never eat beyond the point that you are full.

Over-eating is eating beyond the point you're full and when you do it, your stomach actually stretches out. Ever notice that you get a much more "filled-up" feeling after you are done eating?

This is because it takes your brain about 20 minutes after you're done to get the full signal from your stomach.

If you eat a large meal very quickly, you can be full before you even realize it. Do this enough and your stomach will get bigger. Unlike a fuel tank that has the same limit every time you fill it up, your stomach has a limit that increases. The more you eat each time, the more that limit keeps increasing.  As your stomach expands you need to eat larger meals to get that "filled-up" feeling.

Think your body uses all of the food you eat all at once?  Think again! Instead it will use what it immediately needs and store much of the rest for a later date. This storage is called fat!

You can be sure that you are not over-eating by cutting your portion sizes. The general rule of thumb is that you should never be "stuffed". Believe it or not, proper portion size is among the most important factors when trying to lose weight.

As your meals become smaller your stomach will shrink back to normal size, allowing you to eat smaller meals to get full. And eating less food at once equals storing less fat, which is why tip #1 is one of the most potent fast weight loss tips on the planet.

Fast Weight Loss Tip #2: Consume several meals throughout the day.

That is, eating more times throughout the day.

If you follow the first of the fast weight loss tips you will be hungry more often, allowing you to eat several small meals throughout the day and consuming several small meals each day is one of the quickest ways to lose weight.

Eating multiple meals each day will create a more efficient metabolism.  It's like increasing the heat in a furnace...The hotter the furnace gets, the faster it burns the fuel.
