Here's two fast weight loss tips that I guarantee will work like crazy for you and if you use them correctly they will produce rapid results.

I shot it this morning, on a "whim", because I'm sick of watching my readers make the same old "bone-headed" mistakes that keep killing their chances at quick weight loss.

Look.  I realize you think you know everything O' genius one.  We all do.  It's our inherent nature as human beings!

So I have zero doubt that when I begin to talk about these two fast weight loss tips you'll turn up your nose and role your eyes back like a spoiled 13 year old brat who doesn't get her way.

BUT.  And this is a HUGE but...

... if you'd just shut-up for two seconds and apply exactly what I've told you here, you'll find that these quick tips (although incredibly "old-school" and outdated by todays standard) actually produce shockingly rapid results.

In fact, you'd find you don't need a whole lot more than these to begin to lose weight fast.

They are also super easy to apply.

However, don't let their simplicity fool you, combining these rapid weight loss tips has proven to be one quick way to lose weight for many people.

Fast Weight Loss Tips - The Stretch!

Over-eating is eating beyond the point you're full.

Here's the problem...

... The human stomach has been shown through research to do something absolutely amazing.  Truth is, I'd have never believed it unless I'd seen the proof.

When you over-eat (stuff yourself beyond the stretching point of your stomach), it actually begins to expand.   It's a lot like a rubber-band... it will move loosely until it reaches the "taught" point.  
Then it will begin to stretch and that makes is damn hard to get rapid results.

Listen carefully, this will lead into the second of these fast weight loss tips.

Ever notice that you get a much more "filled-up" feeling after you are done eating?

This is because it takes your brain about 20 minutes after you're done to get the full signal from your stomach.

If you eat a large meal very quickly, you can be full before you even realize it.  (This is a FACT)

Think your body uses all of the food you eat all at once?  

Think again!

Instead it will use what it immediately needs and store much of the rest for a later date. This storage is called fat!

Here's something people don't realize...

... the more times you "stuff" yourself.  The bigger and bigger your stomach begins to expand over time.  After years of doing this you begin to notice that it literally takes heaping helpings of food to fill you up!

Ever noticed that?

I believe that many people in this country have!

Here's the good news, you can fix it and lose weight quick!

Listen.  Here's what you do.  Begin to limit your portion sizes.  It's really that simple.  You will be "hungry" at first, but this is a perfect set-up for the second of the fast weight loss tips (I'll get to that in a minute).

As you continually focus on eating smaller meals each day, your stomach begins to shrink.  Pretty soon you'll find that it doesn't take as much to fill you up.

Now.  Here's where it all comes together.

Pay close attention if you need rapid weight loss because I'm going to show you how it all fits together.  For those of you who hate feeling hungry when you're trying to lose weight, it's actually you best friend.

I never teach eat "less" food.  

I simply teach eating less at one time, so you can eat more times throughout the day.

This is what eating smaller meals does for you, it allow you to eat several of them each day... something that is one of the best quick ways to lose weight.

And this is what the second tip is about...

I realize you've heard this before.  We all have.  Hundreds and hundreds of times!

The problem is most of us have become so "jaded" that we tune it out and never follow the advice.

LISTEN.  Hark unto me.  This is one of the single greatest of all fast weight loss tips and it will produce quick fat loss if you apply it.  

The reason this works so good is because it keeps your metabolism (the breaking down of food for energy) in a continuous state of burning calories.  It's a lot like a fire.  If you were to take that fire and continue to put would on it increasing the heat in a  days a week.  It would be so hot it would literally incinerate any would that touched it!

The more your metabolism operates around the clock the faster you burn fat and the quicker you lose weight... Period!

Follow These 2 Fast Weight Loss Tips For Two Weeks

OK.  So those are the two fast weight loss tips.

Listen.  I do this every day.  I swear by it and I'm not the only one.  (I should be smiling in that photo, but as you can see, these fast tips work to burn fat.  That's me at 224 pounds, less than 9% body fat!)

I swear by these tips for quick weight loss.

Simply take whatever you're eating right now and do your best to split it up into 6 smaller meals.  I don't care what it is.  Just focus on getting this down.  Spread each of those meals 2 hours apart.

Eat like this for the next 2 weeks and watch what happens guys. My guess is you'll get some rapid results.

In my experience those are the two simplest free fast weight loss tips on the planet!

I mean, you literally do not have to buy anything to pull it off.  Just take them and apply and watch what happens.

Seriously.  Quick weight loss is not all that complicated.  It's all about repetition of some of the most simple things you can imagine.
