Try
picking up a

individuals experience sleep
apnea and other sleep disorders. Lack of rest
equals a tired body and mind.
What
about the fact that the extra fat impairs your ability to move freely?
When you try to bend your joints you are constantly fighting/pushing
against an excess of fat. This causes muscle strain resulting
in fatigue.
And perhaps the
forgotten reason is the avoidance of physical activity...Exercise!
Overweight people tend to be tired so often that they avoid
doing other physical activities that promote health. Being
tired all the time is a factor that keeps people from exercise and thus
keeps them overweight...
