an "Olympic" bar. It only weighs 45 pounds. Hold it
across the back of your shoulders
with one arm on each side.
Then, you squat down to
parallel and stand back up. You can add more weight if it's
too light. Just make sure to consult a professional to avoid
injury.

Virtually any woman can do this and get great results.

If
you can do this exercise at least 3 days per week for four sets of at
least twelve repetitions.
That means hold the bar on your back and squat down 12 times.
That would be 1 set. You would just do 3 more.
