How To Lose Excess Stomach Fat, Secret Of Eating Fruit


What's the REAL reason you have excess stomach fat.

We discussed it in a previous article.

It's NOT a slow metabolism.  That's what many of us have been told. 

Please realize, your metabolism has a natural fluctuation. Meaning - slow at certain times, like when you sleep... and fast at others, like when you exercise.

An "inefficient metabolism".

That's the REAL reason for your excess fat.

Inefficient...  As in, NOT operating efficiently.  Your body isn't converting the food you eat into energy as efficiently as it could be.  In other words... the food that ain't gettin converted is gettin stored.  As fat.  Just look in the mirror!

There are several reasons. 

Biggest I found is lack of nutrition. 

You're simply NOT providing your body with the nutrition it needs.  Result... An inefficient metabolism and excess stomach fat.

So why the headline of this article?

How will eating fruit help?

One HUGE reason...

It's overflowing with the essential nutrients your body needs to function more efficiently.

Sounds like the stuff you learned in 5th grade.  You should of paid attention!

It's all based on the most fundamental of laws - "Weight loss is an inside out process - meaning, give your body what it needs on the inside and the results will show up on the outside." 

That's the law that lightning fast results are built on. 

Ignore it and you WON'T lose weight.  At least not much.

Obey it... and your excess stomach fat will fall from your body faster than you dreamed possible.

So here's the ultimate question...

What does your body need?

Above all else... OPTIMAL nutrition.

That's why eating fruit is so important.  Fruit is optimal nutrition.  It's got the nutrients your body craves.  Needs.  And as we discussed... giving your body what it needs on the inside is how you correct your inefficient metabolism.

It's how you torch your tummy fat.

Most don't get the nutrition they need.  Not even close.  And when you don't get it your metabolism runs into the ground. Your body has basically become like a car running on crappy fuel.  It just won't operate correctly.

Fruit is jam-packed with nutrients.  Eating fruit over a long period of time (not just an apple here and there), will help correct your inefficient metabolism. 

It will load your body with nutrients so you can burn more fat.

Fruit also contains abundant amounts of antioxidants.

Antioxidants help cleanse your body.  We discussed this in my previous article.  Cleansing is one of the ultimate secrets of burning excess stomach fat.

The fat loss benefits of eating fruit are too numerous to fit into any list.

Eating three to five servings of whole, fresh fruits a day is NOT just something your doctor recommends for optimal health.  It's a fool-proof fat burning trick!
