Here's
The REAL Reason You Have Excess Stomach FatWhat's
the REAL reason you have excess stomach fat?
Do you
simply eat too much?
Or
stuff your face with loads of “junk food”?
Or is it
something you haven't considered? Something NOT even the
"experts" have told you?
The answer can be
eye-opening. And A light at the end of the tunnel if you need
to
quickly lose ab fat.
We all know two kinds of
people...
1. Those who are fat, even though they
don't eat much.
2. And
those "lucky"
individuals who seem to be able to eat anything, non-stop, while
remaining skinny.
So strangely enough...
While
eating too much or consuming too much junk food are certainly
contributing factors, NO sane expert can say they are the
"REAL cause".
What can be said however, is that
there is a
substantial difference in the way the bodys of those people use the
food they eat. And of course, you must understand this
difference if you
ever hope to lose your excess stomach fat.
This
fundamental, key difference can be summed-up in one word... METABOLISM.
The process through which your body
converts food into energy is called metabolism.
The
lie thats been force-fed to most people who have hoards of ab fat
and other nasty lard deposits is that they
have a “slow metabolism”.
What B.S.!
Bottom
line: Your metabolism has a natural fluctuation.
In
other words... it will be slow at certain times and fast at
others. (Like the difference between when you sleep and run.)
Pay
close attention to the following...
It's NOT the
speed of your metabolism that makes you fat. It's the
efficiency.
Efficiency is defined as: Performing or
functioning in the best possible manner with the least waste of time
and effort.
Think of your body as a system.
Every
part of that system uses energy from the food you eat in order to carry
out essential tasks (Breathing, heartbeat, walking, etc.).
The
level of efficiency with which your body converts food into energy
determines whether you are overweight, underweight or the perfect
weight!
If you have excess stomach fat, your body is
NOT converting the food you eat into energy as efficiently as it could
be.
In other words... you have an inefficient
metabolism. It is the REAL reason you have excess stomach fat.
Until
you correct your inefficient metabolism, lose excess fat will be
challenging. I know from personal experience. I
struggled
to lose fat for three years before I finally learned this.
