I'm about to reveal a wickedly effective weight loss secret.

If you apply it, you will begin losing weight once again.  Like you have in the past.  And it will happen very quickly.

So pull up a chair and let's get started.

Think back to a time when you lost some weight.

Any amount.

3Lbs... 7Lbs...10Lbs... doesn't really matter.

I want you to remember exactly what you were doing.  Actually visualize your typical day.

Chances are you were really excited when you first set out to transform your body.  You actually saw some quick weight loss!  A few pounds here... a few pounds there... when you stepped on the scale.

What exactly were you doing to get those results?

Take just twenty seconds to think about it.

If you do NOT take the time to visualize this.  To write down exactly what you were doing.  Then you are no different from the rest of the people who live their lives with bodies they can't stand.

Point is... don't be lazy here.  Just do the exercise.

It's gut-check time.

You need to respect yourself enough to be brutally honest.

If you do than you'd find that at some level you started "skimping".  A day off here and a day off there.  A quick swing through the "drive through". 

You're lack of consistency is what was most likely sabotaging your success.

And mark my words...

If you go back and determine what has worked for you in the past.  Right now.  Not Tomorrow!  And then you begin applying it again.  Each  day.  Every day for the next two weeks.  I'd bet that you will wake up after that fourteenth day with a pleasant surprise.
