Eating to lose weight fast should be super simple and can be done in such a way to naturally produce very RAPID results.

Ok guys, so I'm just going to quickly re-iterate the four natural eating to lose weight fast tips I revealed in the video, but before I do I want to make sure you understand one thing above all else.

It is this thing for which this page was written.  It's also why I made the video.

It's all about naturally getting super fast results.

It's not just about eating healthy, a lot of people eat healthy and are still fat.  A lot of people lose weight but are unhealthy.  The trick with natural eating to lose weight fast is to get quick and healthy results.

With that said, these are the four eating tips that I've found to work like crazy for accomplishing that...

  • MUST DO:  Eat 6 small meals each day... period.  I don't care how many times you've heard this the issue is that you're NOT doing it.  I know those, because virtually everybody who whines and crys to me about their lack of results is only eating about 3 each day.
  • MUST DO:  Spread those 6 meals exactly 2.5 hours apart.  Look, as I indicated in the video there are no "studies" surrounding this, but this is what I've found to work the best for losing weight fast.
  • MUST DO:  Eating under the "Carb-Timing" rules.  Basically the success you experience when trying to lose weight will be 100% tied to the consumption of carbohydrates.  Specifically you want to strictly limit (or eliminate) the eating to things like bread, pasta and other "starchy" forms of carbs.
  • MUST DO:  Boost your protein intake.  Here's the bottom line, animal protein burns fat.  Studies have shown this over and over again.  I have nothing against the vegan lifestyle except for the fact that it's almost "cultish" in its belief that animal protein is bad for you.  The truth is that when you bump your lean protein intake you'll tend to burn way more fat.

Ok, so those were the four eating to lose weight fast tips I revealed in the video.  There are certainly other things that you could be doing, but I've found that these things work the best.

How do I know this?  

Simply because I've used them on myself when nothing else worked and I've also helped many other people naturally lose weight fast with these tips.  When it comes to eating for weight loss - these four things are the most effective things you can be doing.

Now let's get into some specific examples...

The Eating To Lose Weight Fast Formula


First, let me elaborate a little more on the "eat 6 small meals each day."

The bottom line is that you want to keep your metabolism in a constant state of processing food.  This process both burns calories and fat and effectively says to your body "hey, I'm getting plenty of food here so there's no need to store any".

I know for a FACT that most overweight people do NOT do this.  It's one of the major reasons they can't lose weight!  It's just something that is absolutely so simple to do there's no excuse for not eating this way.

Secondly, when natural eating to lose weight you should be spacing those meals exactly 2.5 hours apart.  That's the formula for success that I've found.  It just creates an eating pattern that gets your body in a fat burning rhythm.

Ok, so assuming you can hand that ridiculously simple formula consistently each and every day, than the next 2 natural eating to lose weight fast tips come into play.  First and foremost, you must strictly limit (or eliminate) your "starchy" carbohydrate intake.

Remember, this is all geared to one goal - naturally losing weight as quickly as possible!

Just as a side note, I mentioned in the video that I recommend brown rice.  This is, in my opinion, one of those "starchy" grains that doesn't slow down your results.  It's also very good for you so don't shy away from consuming it for a meal or two each day.

I'm going to make a rather bold statement here, if you're goal is to lose weight as quickly as possible, than eating the chicken and broccoli meal above two times a day for the next two weeks will work wonders for your weight and your health!

Might not be the most exciting thing in the world, but who cares!  

Last time I checked your goal was to get thin as quickly and rapidly as possible.

Attention!  Eating Healthy Fat Will Make You Get Rapid Results


So there's no doubt that many of you saw that butter on top of the broccoli up there in the photo above and the big red flag went up because that's "fatty" and no good for you.

Well guess what my naive little friend, you need to do your homework.

Many an idiotic "expert" has run around proclaiming that eating fat makes you fat.  That saturated fat and cholesterol are horrible for you.  

What b.s.!

You want to know the truth, a diet loaded with "healthy" fat is guaranteed to help you get thin and exponentially increase your health.  That butter is organic.  Made from grass fed cows - it's dynamite for burning fat.

An avocado is another example of a great "fat" food that will work wonders for your body.

It always amazes me the naive people out there who run around knocking protein and fat - and yet they won't hesitate to recommend you jump on the latest "cholesterol lowering drug" that is sure to absolutely murder your body!  If you're having a hard time believing that fat burns fat, than I recommend you do some serious research guys.  Many of the healthiest, fittest people on the planet consume a diet high in natural fat.

One of the primary reasons you feel so hungry during the day is because you're not eating enough healthy fat.

I'm not talking about the processed trash you find in "spray cans" and in your fast food.  I'm talking quality organic fats like avocados, eggs, olive oil, coconut oil and the like.  Oh ya, fish is another excellent choice.

Fruit is obviously good for you.  I mean, that's a not brainer, eating it will make you a healthier person.

  • I love eating a golden delicious apple and a banana a day.  Those are my choices and it works great for me.
  • Keep your fruit consumption in the morning.  Remember, everything is geared toward getting rapid results.  If you're eating fruit just before bed than you're packing your body with quick forms of energy that have a tendency to be stored as fat while you sleep.

Eating to lose weight is really all about energy management.  Basically, we eat foods with higher energy in the mornings because we are more active and lower energy in the eventing because we tend to be much less active.

It's really simple stuff.  The hardest part I find is just getting people to realize that food is energy.
