Basically the success you experience
when trying to lose weight will be 100% tied to the consumption of
carbohydrates. Specifically you want to strictly limit (or
eliminate) the eating to things like bread, pasta and other "starchy"

DO:
Boost your protein intake. Here's the
bottom line,
animal protein burns fat. Studies have shown this over and
over again. I have nothing against the vegan lifestyle except
for the fact that it's almost "cultish" in its belief that animal
protein is bad for you. The truth is that when you bump your
lean protein intake you'll tend to burn way more fat.
Ok,

the video. There are certainly other things that you could be
doing, but I've found that these things work the best.
How
do I know this?
Simply because I've used
them on myself when nothing else worked and I've also helped many other

effective things you can be doing.

Eating

First,
let me elaborate a little more on the "eat 6 small meals each day."
The
bottom line is that you want to keep your metabolism in a constant
state of processing food. This process both burns calories
and fat and effectively says to your body "hey, I'm getting plenty of
food here so there's no need to store any".
I know
for a FACT that most overweight people do NOT do this. It's

eating this way.

you should be spacing those meals exactly 2.5 hours apart.
That's the formula for success that I've found. It
just creates an eating pattern that gets your body in a fat burning

Well guess what my naive little
friend, you need to do your homework.
Many an
idiotic "expert" has run around proclaiming that eating fat makes you
fat. That saturated fat and cholesterol are horrible for you.
What b.s.!
You want to
know the truth, a
diet loaded with "healthy" fat is guaranteed to help you get thin and
exponentially increase your health. That butter is organic.
Made from grass fed cows - it's dynamite for burning fat.
An
avocado is another example of a great "fat" food that will work wonders
for your body.
It always amazes me the naive people
out there who run around knocking protein and fat - and yet they won't
hesitate to recommend you jump on the latest "cholesterol lowering
drug" that is sure to absolutely murder your body! If you're
having a hard time believing that fat burns fat, than I recommend you
do some serious research guys. Many of the healthiest,
fittest
people on the planet consume a diet high in natural fat.
When

would also do you good to consume a few of these organic, free range
eggs
each day -
One of the
primary reasons you feel so hungry during the day is because you're not
eating enough healthy fat.
I'm not talking about
the processed trash you find in "spray cans" and in your fast food.
I'm talking quality organic fats like avocados, eggs, olive
oil, coconut oil and the like. Oh ya, fish is another
excellent choice.
Eating

Fruit
is
obviously good for you. I mean, that's a not brainer, eating

possible than I tend to follow a couple of simple recommendations
I love eating a golden
delicious
apple and a banana a day. Those are my choices and it works
great for me.

fruit just before bed than you're packing your body with quick forms of
energy that have a tendency to be stored as fat while you sleep.
Eating

Basically,
we eat foods with higher energy in the mornings because we are more
active and lower energy in the eventing because we tend to be much less
active.
It's really simple stuff. The
hardest part I find is just getting people to realize that food is
energy.
